Amana is now being welcomed to our Air Doctor Heating and Air line of products. We offer their excellent HVAC products which are designed, engineered and assembled here in the USA.
Amana is a well respected, established manufacturer (since 1934). Amana was purchased by Goodman in 1997. Goodman and Amana became a global presence when they became a subsidiary of Daikin Group in 2012.
In 2017 the Daikin Texas Technology Park, Comfortplex opened in Waller, TX. It’s at this campus where they manufacture Goodman and Amana products. Daikin has built this new, all in one manufacturing plant just outside of Houston, TX.
At 4.2 million square feet under one roof, it houses everything. From design and development, engineering, assembly, distribution and customer service. This is a very impressive facility on 94 acres and devoted to American made products. This facility employs 5000 American workers.
WHY BUY AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS
The problems with HVAC systems made outside the US, in China and elsewhere is not just fluctuating costs, but availability of parts. Amana equipment and parts are always readily available here in the United States.
Supporting American made products helps the United States remain a global manufacturing leader and ensures American jobs remain strong.
